Terms of Service

Submitting a request does not create a confirmed reservation. A ride is confirmed only when LimoMAX provides written confirmation with the service details and agreed fare.

Quotes and payment

Displayed prices are estimates based on the route and options selected. Standard-route tolls are included. Extra stops, added waiting time, route changes, special equipment, or other customer-requested changes may affect the confirmed fare. The full confirmed fare is prepaid securely through Square; do not send card information by email or in the notes field. Gratuity is optional.

Waiting time

Standard rides include 15 complimentary minutes. Airport pickups include 60 complimentary minutes after the tracked flight lands. Additional waiting is $2 per minute and is subject to chauffeur availability.

Passenger responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate trip and contact details, comply with vehicle capacity and safety requirements, and treat chauffeurs and vehicles respectfully. Illegal activity, unsafe conduct, smoking, and damage are prohibited.

Service changes

Traffic, weather, flight changes, road closures, and events outside reasonable control can affect travel. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and provide the confirmed service safely.
