LimoMAX LLC collects only the information needed to respond to ride requests, coordinate transportation, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

Information we collect

Reservation details may include your name, email, phone number, pickup and destination, travel date, passenger count, flight information, and notes you choose to provide. We also receive standard technical information such as IP address and browser details from our hosting provider.

How we use and share information

We use reservation information to confirm availability, quote and deliver service, communicate changes, and maintain business records. We may share only what is necessary with assigned chauffeurs, payment processors when payment is arranged, hosting providers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain records only as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. We use access controls and reputable service providers, but no internet transmission is completely risk-free.
