Cancellation Policy

These terms apply unless different terms are clearly shown in your written confirmation.

Airport transfers and point-to-point rides

Cancel more than 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 3–12 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the confirmed fare. Cancellations less than 3 hours before pickup and passenger no-shows are charged 100%.

Hourly and City-to-City rides

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations 12–24 hours before pickup are charged 50% of the confirmed fare. Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup and passenger no-shows are charged 100%.

Flight delays

We monitor commercial flights when a valid flight number is supplied. Flight delays are not treated as passenger cancellations. If the airline cancels your flight, contact us promptly and we will offer reasonable rebooking credit when possible.
