Baggage Capacity Policy

Our Business SUVs can typically accommodate up to one of the following single-size loads:

• Up to 8 carry-on bags; or
• Up to 6 standard checked bags; or
• Up to 4 extra-large checked bags.

For mixed luggage, enter the quantity of each bag size in the booking form. The form provides an approximate fit check before payment. One small personal item may be kept with the passenger when it does not interfere with seating, seat belts, visibility, or safe operation.

Passenger count and actual fit

Capacity is an estimate, not a guarantee. The safe fit depends on the number of passengers, the exact dimensions and shape of each item, and the assigned SUV’s cargo configuration. All luggage must fit securely in the cargo area; aisles, exits, and passenger seating must remain clear.

Mixed, bulky, and special items

Golf clubs, skis, snowboards, strollers, mobility equipment, unusually shaped cases, and similar items require advance confirmation. Select “Other or bulky item” during booking and describe each item in the field provided. A foldable wheelchair generally occupies about the space of one standard checked bag, but dimensions must still be confirmed.

Safety and service limitations

The chauffeur may decline any item or load that cannot be transported safely or that exceeds the confirmed capacity. LimoMAX does not accept unaccompanied baggage or baggage-only transportation. For uncertain loads, call (773) 610-0603 before paying.
